yes, i spoke with hawaiian tele and it was a grant from "connect america" and they are going all the way up to and including one road with the fiberoptic so yes 6th road will be able to connect. i would offer less and then negotiate but bulldozing is very expensive so the front acre or so being ripped is a wonderful start...
