yes; shoulda,coulda,woulda,I have lots of those.I laugh everytime I think about lots in Ainaloa or Nanavale being just $1,500.00 a few years ago.But thats just about everybodies story these days(except for John anyway)I even have the same story about the lot next door and now I'm "landlocked".
With land prices falling like Hilo rain I'm thinking of holding my money until one of the new eco village subdivisions that everybody and their uncle are planning get built.
Speaking of which I'm am wondering "How low will they go?".Any ideas?

It also appears there are lots under contracts for even less.
