Gateway Center/Costco

Went to the Shipman meeting last week, Kimo Lee was asked about Costco, they do get a good % from the East side (but I, of course, have forgotten the details) It does seem to currntly be still a speculation of when, but that Costco ( & SAMS) have interest in this side, they did have plans earlier, but construction cost & labor costs recently had them back off some of their plans
