Council to consider regulating vacation rentals
It's all about protecting the Hotel's kuleana. They have the Lobby and they have they have the money, all the the rest is waha to cover the real agenda; keep the money concentrated, with them.
The greatest number of "Ag" parcels in the State are on land that was available for subdivision because that land was unfit for agriculture, otherwise the sugar planters would have had it already. The other hard-rock land went to Hawaiian Homes.
