This is one Police Funeral that won’t include a route lined with uniformed officers. No parade either.
Domestic Violence kills too many here.
We did a sign waving walk around Hilo a few years ago after that sweet pregnant lady was killed by her boyfriend in Kalapana a few years ago. There were signs for every person killed by DV here in the past decade. There were too many signs for the sign wavers to hold. There was still a pile left in the Prosecutors car. It was really sad.
