As a mainlander who visits often.
There are no stop signs in the roundabout, and no reason to be doing anything less than 25mph in it. I gave you the benefit of the doubt when it was new, but a year later you still all stop for no reason when entering it and exiting it.
Please move to the left edge of the lane when waiting to turn left, so people going forward can get by on the right shoulder.
Please move to the left edge of the lane at red lights when going forward, so people turning right-on-red can get by on the right shoulder.
Slower traffic using the left lane on 130 doesn't actually bother me. They all appear to be timid as well, so it's easy to duck in and out of their lane to get around cars slowing to actually make a right turn.
When merging S of Keaau, use both lanes until the end, it is the most efficient traffic flow. Or don't, and let me sail to the front in the right lane.
Please use Waze, so everyone knows where the bluelights are, and when to just give up and stop for a snack because the road isn't moving anyway.
