If I understand your question correctly, you want to know anout Molokai and Lanai..Is that correct?
I haven't been to Molokai, but I did spent a weekend in Lanai at the Manele Bay Resort.
Lanai is a very small Island which used to grow pineapples. The pineapple farms are no longer there, but most of the workers from the farms still reside there and are now working in either of the two resorts on the island.
Lodging is expensive at either of the resorts, but they are both very beautiful. I heard that there are a few bed and breakfasts in town, but I can not confirm that.
