Food Poisoning

Ouch! My wife had food poisoning once from a creme dish at a buffet. Who knows how long it had been at ambient temp. She was sicker than I had ever seen her and really said she thought being dead would be a blessing. The buffet was shut down for 3 days after her call. Small consolation.
