Thanks Mermaid. I've been waiting. What a relief....finally. Lets hope the new majority does things right and there is no internal problems. They have the power.Let's see if they remove the cancer not just band aid it. It all needs to be removed for a fresh start. ASAP. Don't leave any chance or potential chance for more shenanigans. Professional management will eliminate a lot of burdens and problems. We can terminate the management company... then they are gone, we can negotiate and make demands.
