Police - deny looting is ocurring

I know of almost 20 homes that have been broken into in Leilani. Some have been completely wiped out and others just missing items that they could basically carry on foot.

Regarding how people are getting in. Just because someone lived there and has a placard doesn't mean that they are not a thief. People are still walking in too. I believe the majority of the thefts are by people who either have placards to get in or currently are staying in Leilani.
