This might seems minor but to me, off the cuff, you are misinformed and there is a reasonable chance you remain so. No offense intended. I apologize if I suggested an approach. I don’t think I had, but if I did, I didn’t mean to. The main purpose of my post was to explain the fact that courts have ruled police do not have a Constitutional obligation to protect ones property and life. That is a ruling that covers all police departments all throughout the United States.
