OHA Candidates Info?
#5
It is hard to find anything about the current crop of OHA candidates.
Thanks tada you pointed me in the right direction to begin looking for info.
Tonight on Olelo49 at 7:30pm will be a rebroadcast of an OHA candidates forum held earlier in the pre-election season.
It will be rebroadcast again a few more times in the next few days/weeks(?).

In my looking around, I was able to put together a list, compiled from the elections in previous years, of yeah and nay candidates.
Only 2 of the yeah's, both running for the Oahu Resident seat were on this year's ballot.
But, several of the nays, and none of the yeah's, were on the At-Large Trusty seat ballot.

Only two of the candidates were on the OHA site giving their spiel.
Both of them were on the nay list.
Looks suspiciously like you need to be a "good-ole-boy" to get their backing.

Got a look at the State's audit of OHA's finances, and its followup.
Also saw that the proposed Forensic Audit has gone nowhere so far.
Why are no legal actions being taken by the state, or those that are supposed to be benefiting from this organization's existence?
OHA makes a leaky boat look like a very good investment.

Was a Democrat until gun control became a knee jerk, then a Republican until the crazies took over, back to being a nonpartisan again.
This time, I can no longer participate in the primary.
