I don't know about some of the new influxes of folk moving to the Big Island, but I do know that most of us who moved here prior to the building boom came here specifically because we are nature people. Nature people find excessive control from government unacceptable. That said CD did a superb job with the recent lava flow except with the Leilani residents, that's where the are still over stepping their boundaries crushing the spirit of our friends and neighbors.
