The study has some severe flaws in that it notes that participants that were of higher income levels had lower rates of xyz... Of course they did. They have access to better health care and use that access.
On a side note, I do not bother to purchase organic anything unless it on sale. My last doc visit, when she looked at the results of the various blood tests, looked up and asked me if I was a vegetarian. I laughed and said not a chance. I simply eat a decent amount of fresh fruit and some raw veggies every day, followed by beef, pork, chicken during dinner, plus all the fried foods I feel like. I am almost 60 and slightly overweight.
