Thanks guys - the tiny house is going to be quite pretty, though also situated near the back of the lot. I've read that the County can make assumptions that drive up assigned property tax if they can't fully see your building from the road, so I may have to invite one in haha.
Thanks Chas for the input - I do err on the side of leaving as much natural beauty in tact as I can while only making changes necessary for functionality. If I can get away with zero ripping due to decent drainage on the property as it is, that would be amazing.
