I searched the internet this morning and couldn't find any info.
That flow only covers 1 mile of road and then the road is fine.
Why not let residents of Puna, anywhere Puna, with a valid Driver's license go into pohoiki?
This isn't going to sit well with residents if we can't get in and drive to the beach.
I guess landowners within the Kipuka will get placards for their cars or Keys to the gate?? Surely there's not going to be a full time guard posted there indefinitely.
