Sources of cinder soil?

Puna Rock sells it by the ton and it's not a good value unless it hasn't rained in at least 3-4 days (longer is better) and we haven't had a dry stretch in a long time and there is nothing good in the forecast.
-------------- has not rained for 3+ days now in lower Leilani. Might be a good time to go get it. |
