From a safety perspective, launching rockets in the middle of Hawaii’s second largest population doesn’t seem like the best idea when we have 4028 square miles and 266 miles of coastline to choose from.
Launching downwind of the tradewinds over the ocean makes the most sense so residents and agricultural crops don’t experience any possible pollution associated with rocket launches or accidents. Sh!t happens.
Kau to South Point somewhere.
I’d love to go watch a few rocket launches.
Happy New Year!
