But then, they were trying to appease the higher-ups that wanted water recreation for Memorial Day.... no matter that there was a huge eruption upwind....
Man, if only they had followed the Red Cross Lifeguard standards BEFORE this mess ended up in the pool!
But, FEMA is paying, so what do they care??? & I am sure they threw in some stuff that needed repairs BEFORE the eruption....
