Used to fish off of Cabo out of San Diego with some Idaho Dairy farmers. Because of the rich diet they were fed to increase milkfat levels in their milk (the Holy Grail of milk production), and the marbling that diet produced, Dairy cows made some of the best beef around.

BTW, "Grass Fed" is nothing by marketing flannel, much like "organic", used to make you think you are getting a better product when quite the opposite is true.
