Barking dogs

[Mimosa]

We have a neighbor who works in Kona - His wife works in HonoKa'a town.They leave in 2 different trucks.He leaves at 4am Monday thru Saturday - His wife at 4:30am Monday thru Friday .As soon as they leave their dogs ( At least 3 large dogs start barking ) - ALL day long non stop.They both get home at around 8pm.Every neighbor has spoken to them/the police along with Humane society have left notes - sent letters certified - the works . Now after 6 months it is just back round noise and we tune it out .But we know when they are not home - Our solution is tether more Show Birds close the property line on their days off .But since it is AG land we are allowed to raise live stock .
Since PD and H.S. have been out numerous times they must now go to court - if they miss the court for any reason there will be a contempt of court placed upon both .
Ho Hum just another wonderful day in Paradise.
