Thanks for posting the meeting here Mermaid. I heard about it but was not sure. I am desperately trying to get someone to attend but can't find anyone who cares anymore and I am off island. I am hoping you will post what transpires. At this point there must be a few board members who are truly embarrassed to be a part of this total dysfunction. I do know there are 1 or 2 who still feel that the GM can be won with kindness. In 4 years, things have gotten worse and worse so I don't know how anyone can still have this delusion. The changing of the board did not improve our circumstances 1 iota. Now we are not even having membership meetings and a severe lack of board meetings. How can anything get done? Well, I am sure there is 1 person who is delighted by this and a few who are; frankly just to corrupt and, or dumb to see the truth. There is only 1 solution and that is professional management. Then we will be able to see how bad things got as they sift through the quagmire that has intentionally been created. By then, all the ones involved will have fled the coop. Think not? The law suit for the illegally fired employees is 4 years and counting. Most all the culprits are long gone and the newbies don't have a clue as to what really happened and even believe unverifiable lies.
