I respectfully disagree.

It wouldn't beat aesthetic retail venues in Pahoa.

I realize there is limited space available; but this is the problem to work on by getting involved.......not just putting up minit-marts on the road to Hilo.

You guys don't seem to grasp the concept of "planned development"; just "I don't have time for that" and snivel about the results.
