TMT Construction Can Proceed

I was looking at the TMT's NPDES permit renewal application. They submitted it back on November 2018. It took DOH until March 2019 to start the renewal process. I'm amazed it took DOH that long to process their application, especially since nothing materially had changed with the existing permit that was expiring in June 2019.
