In order to reappoint officers there would have to be a legal meeting with quorum to abide by the bylaws and state law if not it leaves room for manipulation of the board directors and officers this is what transpired when the 2 of 4 directors called a meeting, never met quorum, and proceeded to conduct business .The bylaws also have a set time limit for being seated as an officer “ no officer shall be elected to the same office for more than three consecutive one year terms. Partial terms and non consecutive terms shall not apply toward this limitation. What is the difficulty in understanding and abiding by the bylaws?
