I am All IN for decriminalization on both State and Fed. level and I want what you are saying to be true.
NOTHING would please me more than to see the Big Is. heavily invested in food crops. New ag parcels available in Puna as for example what Rudderman had suggested after the loss of so much of our land due to lava inundation .
I Love the organic farming operation that is occurring in Waianae. Absolutely gives me chicken skin to watch their videos.
Just find the "dispensaries", "expensive licenses", already taking place here along w/ certain corps. being traded and rising in value on the NYSE telling me a different story.
And as far as cutting into markets go......I'm from the generation of Maui wowie, labels still do matter.
