katarina, most people probably have read the entire complaint the question should be is there proof of the allegations and if so how could someone swearing the oath of a director allow themselves to perform in such a manner not once but many infractions . Fact is what will prevail not opinions or rumor so that’s what we all wait and see who has what factThe litigious history you speak of is not of anything so absurd a divorce, and a couple of TRO’s really don’t amount to much. Maybe everyone should possibly look on hoohike and pull up other directors and let’s see what their history has accumulated over time ?
