That’s good news. I just so happened to watch a recent NOVA episode “Back to the Moon” tonight about the renewed interest in returning to the moon. During the episode, it was specifically mentioned that lunar lava tubes may be a good location to setup habitation and that robots could be used to explore the tubes to find which was appropriate. It’s cool to know that the big island may help to work out the process for that exploration.
