dan d: Stopped by hppoa offi e last week to see whats happenning. Craig was named as a board member. So now Mermaid and friend is up against craig and friend. Even split.
Kinda like dems and republicans. Nothin can be voted on. They are askin for another person to step up and be no inated to the board. Nows ur chance peps.
According to the lawsuit documents I read, the general manager's an eager participant in the lawsuit and then let's talk about his hostile takeover of HPP with his sidekick the plaintiff. Under these circumstances why would anyone think the general manager would generate anything neutral or accurate? Let's not forget he's also suing one of the directors and ironically, we're paying his salary.
I saw the former treasurer working on 1st Ave. I recognized another female director working there who had also quit. I attended a board meeting in April and the treasurer was pissed at the board for voting for the other contractor. I was taken aback at the blatant conflict of interest playing out. A director reminded her of her conflict of interest and she didn't care and kept going on with her rant. Whining works she got her boyfriend the job.
I don't see how Creeley can be a director when the case isn't settled yet. He resigned with the other directors who didn't give a shi# about HPP. As far as I'm concerned he doesn't deserve to be a director after the legal mess he's brought on HPP. Look hos much it's costing us in road fees. There's no way these five directors didn't know that mayhem would follow after they all resigned at one time no way. Shame on all of them. I'm pissed. Four months of this crap.
