No more trucks with large flags

Tickets are way overdue in this case, the flags they fly are too big and safety needs to come first. Since cars aren't made any longer with radio antennas that resembled mini flag poles, there's simply no intelligent or safe place to fly a flag off a car or a truck. Unless it's a little red flag to warn of lumber sticking out the back of your truck.
