I've looked and there is nothing cheap. At least not in this country. I have a few trees also and just use a small (1 foot long) 2X4 with a piece of course sandpaper attached to the bottom and roll over dried beans on a flat surface in a circular motion. And then use a hair dryer to blow the parchment away. It doesn't take very long.
