Why Fireworks?

Hi Kalianna ~ I have talked to the police department when I realized that fireworks are not only torturing dogs but other animals as well. The lady on the phone said there's nothing the police can do unless he sees the guy light the bomb with his own eyes! She said the cops are too busy with more important calls - which I understand. People come first so I guess all the innocent animals whose owners can't or don't bring them in the house will just have to suffer because of these idiots who don't care
