We will be building in HPP summer 2007. We will probably go with slab.

We currently live in Arizona on a slab built in 1974. Most homes in AZ are on slabs. Yes occasionaly you hear about a water leak under the slab, but it is not common.

Not sure what it all means. Perhaps construction quality plays a part...
