This is Corp. malfeasance. Police do not handle this......but media is a good suggestion. Unfortunately, The ones that know the most are involved in legal battles at this time.......so not a good idea for them to speak out at this time.

We HPPOA members are supposed to be insured of BOARD over-site. Obviously this is not currently occurring.

My understanding is that the past president (current?) sued for Receivership. This was denied by the court.
Why we are not having Board meetings or General membership meetings is not at all clear to me.
One party in the current lawsuit ( not the pres.) is thru the courts, requesting oversite by an outside court appointed party, ( not formal receivership)
I for one am very disappointed in the court's prolonged decision in this. It leaves us all without the protection of our bylaws.
