That's inaccurate. The BOD oversees the GM. Overseeing the GM is NOT micromanaging. It's the board's fiduciary duty to oversee the GM. The GM has no authority to represent HPPOA or post anything without going through the board. The directors decide what information is posted beyond day to day business.
P. S. It's also the board's decision whether the office is to close or not, not the GM's. So this is a real stunner that this has happened without the board's knowledge.
