8F, a simple renewal can be done by check or money order though the mail, and they also have a web connection to pay by card at https://mvr.ehawaii.gov/renewals/lookup....nty=hawaii . A few months ago they were still charging a processing fee for online payments, but hopefully they have dropped that given the current situation. Also, I seem to recall that they have a moratorium on issuing tickets for tag violations for the duration of the emergency. I suggest paying sooner rather than later, however, as the system will probably be overwhelmed when the grace period ends.
