hokuili - It almost sounds like Covid19 is triggering a response similar to APS (Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome)
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-cond...c-20355831
In looking into APS or Critical APS (CAPS) most of the treatment summary articles mention: "there is clinical evidence of a cytokine cascade/systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) in many CAPS patients."
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4958413/
We know that cytokine storms are part of the possible covid effects, so that appears to possibly line up. The article mentions using both anticoagulants and immunosuppressives, which hopefully would be part of the covid treatments given the clotting symptoms and known cytokine storm effects.
Anyhow, this article and others like it might make good metaphorical beach reading during the virtual vacation within the mandated staycation
