Rock Wall Work

Any recommendations for someone who does rock wall work? The house I bought has a 12 foot rock wall in front that was 2 feet high. I guess the owner wanted it higher, so he added 2 feet of CMU and filled the blocks with concrete. It looks really tacky and I'd like to fix it. If you can recommend anyone, thanks.
