New traffic light at Shipman on 11?

The should took the land from shipment at the light at hwy 130 and the land to build the road from the light. The state and county are afraid to take on shipment. This going to cause a massive traffic pile up in the afternoon when school start back up. all the school buses goes to shipment after they drop of the kids. Stupid
