COVID-19 confirmed in Hawaii: 607+ cases 16 deaths
I haven't been able to watch the local news today, but the number of new COVID cases reported today was 66, which is the lowest for quite a while. It sounds encouraging, but then less than 800 tests were done, so the positivity rate is actually alarmingly high. Does anyone know why so few tests were done? I guess the Labor Day holiday might account for it, but that's just a guess.
