Catchment tank liner
#3
The leak in your tank must be small if you can't easily see it. It should be close to where the level of your tank drained. Have food coloring ( found in any store with baking supplies - supermarkets, Target, Walmart ) close by when you get a bit of rain, and put some at each quarter round of your tank. The leak will draw the coloring, and make it fairly easy to see where the hole is. Liner patches were available at Ace Hardware last time I needed one - granted it was about 6 years ago, but it has held with no problems.

Forgot to add, that once you find where the leak was, check to make sure the foundation for your tank was not eroded by the water outflow.
