Home Depot tile cutters
#6
I bought one years ago, cost about 100 bucks. I've used it so much that I wore out the original blade. It comes with a blade that is only partially coated with diamonds and it will wear out after maybe 3 or 4 rooms worth of cutting, lots more than you're talking about. I upgraded to a 75 dollar blade and it is still going 16 years later. I use it now frequently to slice indiviual stones, glass bricks, and tile. It handles everything but metal.

One tip regarding the spray. stand to the side and feed your work in sideways. It will still spray but just not spray you.
