Our cost estimates for building

We just added a post to our blog which lists our costs to build our small (1-bedroom, 1-bath, 600 sq. ft. living space and 400 sq. ft. lanai, plus 600 sq. ft. of developable space on the lower level....we're on post and pier, up 8 feet from the ground) house in Eden Roc. So many folks have asked us about the particulars of costs for certain items, we thought it would be helpful to list all that we know so far. Hope this helps.
