Draftsperson with single wall experience?

Does anyone know of a draftsperson with single-wall design experience who they would recommend? We plan to build a small home, about 600 sf, 8 feet high on post and pier, single wall. Much like the one we live in now, only a bit smaller. Does anyone know a draftsperson who has been designing homes in Hawaii for some time and has extensive knowledge of single-wall construction?
