Honolulu Police Used a $150,000 Robot Dog to Patrol a Homeless Encampment

I really like the idea of sending robots to record people setting off illegal fireworks - it would avoid neighbor-to-neighbor confrontations. There was an idiot setting off mortar rounds last night here in Orchidland - not looking forward to July 4.

As a side note, there is a YouTube video of 2 Boston Dynamics robots dancing with Spot to the tune of "Do You Love Me" that is both funny and amazing.
