Then maybe it is a case of a location being singled out for USPS only? Leilani subdivision is definitely USPS only for Amazon. I also know a couple of the carriers. They don't particularly care for the huge increase in packages. Many days they are running separate delivery trucks just with the packages, separate from the rest of the mail.
