Surely you recognize that the fewer people in a room, the less chances one or more are a carrier. And, if there is a carrier or carriers, the fewer people will potentially be exposed.
Also, the further apart you are from Covid Calvin, the less likely you will either be infected or if infected acquire a high viral load.
These aspects seem fairly obvious. Are these restrictions intended to make it impossible for viral spread? Of course not!
Regarding Island Naturals, I asked the door guard at the Hilo branch today when outside dining would return. He was fairly dismissive, scoffing "at least six months".
