Largest Price increase you have seen ?
Maybe a couple months ago, I saw an ad on Craigslist.
Someone from Oahu had a Chevy Bolt for sale at a pittance.
It was, maybe 6 years old, ... maybe less.

Looking into it, I found that EV batteries were failing and replacements were not available at even close to a reasonable price on the mainland.
Oahu was much worse.

They look to be in the category of being used by "early adapters", people that have to have a newly released product and the status of having one, no matter how much it costs or how far from being truly ready it is.

I'm all for "early adapters".
They pay for the privilege of owning something new, until it becomes actually competitive with existing products.
Sooner or later they'll get them worked out to being a valid economical replacement for existing cars.
Until then, be prepared to pay whatever will be charged to cover the costs to develop, operate, and repair or replace them.

Was a Democrat until gun control became a knee jerk, then a Republican until the crazies took over, back to being a nonpartisan again.
This time, I can no longer participate in the primary.
