Address of boxes at lower paradise

Another twist in saga of what’s my address (I know the number): two pieces of mail arrived with the street address. Evidently we are no closer to figuring it out. Called hui, po and no one knows or can’t get through…..Does anyone use box with their number:HC1 D #11, for example? I see our “pod” of boxes has a letter at the top but others have 7525-7600; 7601-7650, etc.
