Beachboy, Actually Fred Kobataki had two sets of Apts. The one you are refering to and the one I was in which was behind the sugar mill. One side was probably an old house and the other half was some sort of barracks structure. In the barracks side someone always had to build a fire under the water heater each evening if hot water was desired, which it always was.
